June 8, June 15, June 22, 2019

2019 3 weeks Saturdays June 8, June 15, June 22

Introduction to open water for new swimmers and the fearful.  Learn to love swimming in the open water as nature intended!  We swim along the shoreline and from dock to dock to get comfortable in a lake.

Swimmers should be comfortable swimming 200m-400m in the pool.  It is recommended to be familiar with the Total Immersion swim program; however, not necessary.  Wetsuit recommended but not necessary. Contact Teresa if you have questions about a wetsuit. Teresa has extra wetsuits for trial

We return approximately noon

Dryland and equipment instruction 15 minutes
