Meet at Barnet Marine Park
Park in the left side (West Side) parking lot.  Walk to the beach and meet across the tracks at the Lotus Sports Club rowing building.

This is a highly interactive walk and run form workshop. We will explore ways to walk and run with less stress on your body, with decreased injury risk and with less physical effort. The amount of walk and running will be in the form of short timed drills where you’ll begin to feel what form changes can do for you. This class is for all levels of walk/runners and for anyone who wants to improve their form.
The weekly format enables you to practice the material in between session.
When outdoors, please bring appropriate clothing (layers). Feel welcome to bring water and a light snack.

• Core Muscle Drills and Exercises
• How to Conserve Energy at Any Speed

Extra add-ons:
3 month custom program for 5km or 10km walk and/or run can be added for $100/month

You will get a credit good for one year from the event date minus a $35 administrative fee. Credits can be applied to future workshops or private training/coaching sessions.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
The class will happen rain or shine.
