This program includes both zoom and lake sessions and will give you the tools you need to be a more efficient swimmer.
Learn the physics of freestyle in this technique training event designed to teach all levels of swimmers how develop the proper freestyle stroke mechanics. Revolutionize your approach to swimming in both action and in thought as we guide you expertly through a series of thoughtfully choreographed movements that will teach you essential skills for mastering a fluent, beautiful, and economical stroke. Parking lot B is the closest to the beach. There are 2 beaches. When facing the lake, I will be on the left side beach. I will have my cell phone in case you can not find me.
