This clinic is for you if:

• my swim watch shows a zig zag
• my neck hurts from sighting
• my lower back hurts when I sight
• I swim slower in the open water because I cannot sight

Directions – Put White Pine Beach into Maps or Google Maps.  White Pine Beach is at Sasamat Lake in Belcarra Park. Follow the road signs to təmtəmíxʷtən/Belcarra Regional Park White Pine Beach.
Pay parking is in effect.
Parking lot B is the closest to the beach.  There are 2 beaches.  When facing the lake, I will be on the left side beach.  I will have my cell phone in case you can not find me.
