Refine your running! Visual feedback is recognized as one of the most powerful tools for better understanding and learning new skills. Beginner thru to advanced runners will benefit from an examination of form. We detail individual stride inefficiencies and identify prime opportunities for improvement. Your personalized prescription for success is based on the Chi Running principles of energy efficiency and injury prevention.

1. Client submits numerous running videos

Submit a video of your running with a minimum of 15-second clips of your left side, right side, front and rear. The videos should be filmed on clear, level, hard surfaces. Please do not film on grass.

Share via Dropbox, ICloud, or Google drive. Most videos are too large to email.

2. Client emails running history, challenges, injuries and running goals.

3. Coach emails evaluation 

Three points of your stride will have comments on what you are doing well and why it is important.

Three points of your stride will have comments on what you need to work on and why it will improve your running, accompanied by a voice-over video analysis with extra explanations.
