Refine your running! Visual feedback is recognized as one of the most powerful tools for better understanding and learning new skills. Beginner thru to advanced runners will benefit from an examination of form. We detail individual stride inefficiencies and identify prime opportunities for improvement. Your personalized prescription for success is based on the Chi Running principles of energy efficiency and injury prevention.

1. Client submits numerous running videos

An original copy of a video of you running with minimum 15 second views of left side, right side, front and rear. These videos should not be shot on grass. A clear, level, hard surface is best.

Share via dropbox, ICloud, Google drive. Β Most videos are too large to email.

2. Client emails running history, challenges, injuries and running goals.

3. Coach email evaluation

Three points of your stride will have comments on what you are doing well and why it is important.

Three points of your stride will have comments on what you need to work on and why it will improve your running accompanied with a voice over video analysis with extra explanations.
